Material Inventory each time require high labour cost – which takes 2 day inventory, 3-5 people.
Results Achieved
Install ZETags on the assets (pallets, boxes, forklift, etc.) and realize:
• Every assets auto-report every 2h as 1 cycle.
• 99.98% accuracy inventory possible by multi-cycle consolidation of ZETag.
